At UGlow, we are committed to helping you achieve your glow-up journey through structured routines, personalized insights, and consistent progress tracking. However, if you are not satisfied with your experience, you may request a refund under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are handled directly by UGlow (not through Apple or Google). A user may request a refund if the following conditions are met:

  • The refund request is submitted within 30 days of the original subscription purchase.

  • The user has actively followed the provided routines and guidance as instructed in the app.

  • The user provides a valid, detailed reason explaining their dissatisfaction or lack of transformation, despite correctly following the program.

  • Refunds will not be granted for:

    • Accidental purchases

    • Situations where the user did not engage or follow the recommended guidance

    • Requests made after 30 days from the subscription date

All refund requests will be carefully reviewed to ensure fairness. UGlow reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.

Subscription Auto-Renewal

UGlow subscriptions (monthly or yearly) are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Users are responsible for managing their subscriptions through the respective platform (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

How to Request a Refund

  • The email address used for your UGlow account

  • Your subscription type (monthly/yearly)

  • Date of purchase

  • A detailed explanation of your experience and why you're requesting a refund

Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
